Plaques

There are commemorative memorial plaques available at Thornhill Cemetery and Western Cemetery.

All plaques are on a ten year lease with the option to extend the lease at any time or to simply renew it at the end of the lease period.

Thornhill

There are two options for memorial plaques at Thornhill:

• A granite plaque in the Gardens of Remembrance – 2 sizes available; 290mm x 100mm with a posy holder or 180mm x 120mm with a larger flower holder.
• A bronze plaque fixed to a bench.
• Willow tree memorial.

Western Cemetery

There are three memorial options avilable at Western cemetery:

• A granite plaque in the Garden of Remembrance. 245mm x 140mm. A design can be included from the choices available.
• A bronze plaque on the Memorial Wall.
• A bronze plaque fixed to a bench.

Benches

It is possible to lease a space for a bronze plaque on a bench made from recycled material. The benches are located in specific bench bays and up to 3 bronze plaques may be placed per bench on an initial 10 year lease period.
